I'm confused i don't want to click the wrong one what is the difference between the standard deductions and the itemized one its saying the standard one is best for me

You probably want to use Standard Deduction.  Itemized are things like Mortgage Interest Property Tax Medical Charity  State Taxes Paid, etc.    The Standard Deduction is 12,400 for Single.   Do you have any of those items I listed you can deduct?  Do you have more than 12,400?

 

By the way. when you enter your baby in My Info be sure to say she lived with you THE WHOLE YEAR so you get credit for her.  Not just the number of months.  Pick the Whole Year at the top of the drop down box.
