Yes, you should include your after-tax health insurance premiums for the year. Just multiply your monthly premiums by twelve. However, be careful not to include premiums that may already have been carried over to your Schedule A. Medicare part B premiums are automatically carried over. You also should not include any premiums that were paid pre-tax. The pre-tax premiums deducted from your pay are not deductible.
