I meet all the requirements for the child and dependent care credit so why does it keep saying I don't?

I have checked and rechecked the daycare facility's information I put in plus I entered how much I paid them for 2024, but it still says I don't qualify. It makes no sense. I have qualified every year since my son started- he's in kindergarten this year, but still goes to daycare after school.

Have you entered your income from a W-2 or self-employment? The childcare credit will not work until you have entered income from working.
