I need 3rd party verification for a mortgage loan since I am self employed. I filed my taxes for 2022 and 2023 through TurboTax. Is this something that TurboTax does?

They need letterhead from a tax company verifying I paid taxes and have actual income.

No. TurboTax offers software for "self-prepared" tax returns. TT never knows when, how or even if you paid your tax due.

about the only thing you can do is download your tax return transcripts from the iRS website or request copies in the mail. no guarantee that will satisfy those idiots.
