I need help or guidance on how to remove a car and truck worksheet from my taxes.. can someone please help me?? They called it a schedule c car and truck worksheet.

If you used the vehicle for your business in 2023 and reported it on your return, then it will transfer into your 2024 tax return.  

To report it correctly, you will need to edit the information for that vehicle on your 2024 return to show that you sold it.  Then, the car and truck worksheet will be removed from transferring to your 2025 tax return.  You should not just delete the worksheet from your 2024 return without showing that the vehicle is no longer used for business because it was sold.

Go to the Schedule C section of your return and then go to the Vehicle expense section to edit the information for the vehicle that was sold in 2024.  Enter any mileage or expenses for business use prior to the time that it was sold.  There will also be a question in that section asking if the vehicle is still used for business.  This is where you would say 'no' and enter the details about the sale.
