Question

I only received 500$ for my child. It did not say I qualified for the child tax credit. It has the " Other dependent" box checked next his name. Did I do something wrong

Was your child born in 2019?  If so make sure you said he lived with you all year in My Info.  Or did he turn 17 in 2019?  You lose the CTC in the year they turn 17.  Did you enter a Social Security number?  You must have a SSN.
