I paid $6500 our of pocket for a 8 month medical program, part in cash, part financed. Still in program & paying on bill. Is the entire amount deductible for 2020?

No, the entire amount is not deductible for 2020. You would only be able to deduct the amount that was actually paid in 2020.

You can include any interest charges that were paid on the amount as well. The total would be a deduction on Schedule A under medical expenses.
