I pay 773 dollars / month premium for my company retired health plan for my self and my wife can I deduct these premiums.

Since health premiums cannot be deducted pre-tax from retirement checks, your premium is deductible as an itemized medical expense. However, (a) only total medical expenses exceeding 10% of AGI (7.5% in some cases) are deductible at all, and (b) to have any impact your total itemized deductions (including *only* the over-10% medical expenses) must exceed your standard deduction.
