I purchased a Lexus RX 450H in 2019. Does my car qualify for a tax credit?

The Lexus RX 450H is not listed as a car that qualifies for an plug-in electric car tax credit. See this Federal Government page.

 

This may be because this car is not a plug-in hybrid (i.e., it has to be rechargeable, whatever else it does). or because so many models have been sold that the credit for the credit has run out.
