Question

I purchased a mobile home in 2021, I didn't get the title switched in my name until 2022. Would I put it on my 2021 taxes.

You don't have to report that you purchased a home on your taxes, unless it is used for business purposes. If this mobile is a business property, you should not report it until 2022 since you could not prove you owned it in 2021.

If this is your home, you don't have to report that you bought it at all, in either year. You may have deductions because you own it, but if you don't normally itemize, they may not help much.
