If the program did you give you the EITC, then based upon the information you entered into TurboTax, you are not eligible for the EITC. You can check to see why the program did not give you the credit by doing the following, Make sure you are logged in to your return Click on Search Type in "eitc" Click on "Jump to eitc"The program will tell you why you didn't qualify for the EITC, and provide links with more information. If any of the information showing is incorrect, you can return to that section of the program to correct.

I qualify for EITC for my taxes but turbo tax did t add that to my taxes
