Question

I realize my tax return is very high. I am a foreign student & my wife has no Social but I have. Please advise. I do not want to get returns that I don't qualify for.

So, the first question is are you a US resident for tax purposes?  If you are a foreign student on a F-1 visa and have stayed less than five years in the US, you are considered as a nonresident. Instead of filing a Form 1040, you should file a Form 1040-NR reporting only US source income.   You should not use TurboTax to file.  Instead, visit Sprintax.

If you are a foreign student on F visa and have stayed more than five years in the US by the end of 2020, you are a US resident and okay to file with TurboTax.
