I received a, "Loan Interest Paid Notice," from the ban that I got my mortgage from but no 1098. How to I add this in?

You may enter your mortgage interest even when you did not receive Form 1098 so long as you know the amount of interest you paid.  To enter your mortgage interest in TurboTax follow these steps:

1. Log in to your TurboTax account if it is not open
2. Enter mortgage interest in the search box
3. Click on Jump to mortgage interest in the results box
4. On the page Did you pay any home loans in 2021? answer yes
5. On the page Let's import your tax info check the box Change how I enter my form
6. On the page How do you want to enter your 1098?  check Type it in myself.
7. Follow the screen prompts to enter your mortgage interest.
