I recived the $100,000 from foriegn company this year. How can I file f3520 form?

My dad's friend sent me $100,000 from the for foriegn company in Hongkong as the gifts so that I have to file f3520 form. Do I need to file it as the gifts from a foreign corporation or gifts (fill out Q55) or bequests from a nonresident alien(fill out Q54)? The origin of this money is the company name rather than individual name. And I have no relationship with that company.

Form 3520 - Annual Return To Report Transactions With Foreign Trusts and Receipt of Certain Foreign Gifts is not supported by TurboTax. You can find websites that will allow you to fill out and print Form 3520. You may want to consult with a local CPA or EA that has experience dealing with these matters.
