Question

I refinanced my $412,000 mortgage with the same lender in 2020 and received two 1098s from Chase. Do I enter two separate 1098s on TT or add them together?

You can do either way, unless you did a cash-out refi and did not use the proceeds to improve your property (e.g. you paid off credit cards).  You will get the same result with both methods of entering.
