Question

I saved my return and closed TT but when I re-opened the file a few days later, the amounts were different, and the medical deduction was gone. What has happened?

    ??Use another service, this one is horrible.  Good luck in getting a human to assist, they either hang up or you can't understand a word they are saying.  It is amazing that a company as large as Intuit handles their product issues by the customers.  I wouldn't ask another Honda driver to align my Accord's tires.
