How do I add the over 65 and permanently disabled tax credit?

Are you referring to the federal Elderly and Disabled credit?    If you are eligible it is added to your Form 1040 automatically. 

 

 

There is a credit for the Elderly and Disabled which is so small that very few people benefit from it—-it has not been updated/increased by Congress for decades.
