I sent in an 8862 plus an 1095 a to irs after getting a letter it still says my return was not processed

Unfortunately, the IRS systems are at reduced capacity due to COVID-19. It is likely that your 8862 has not been processed yet as a result. When the IRS reopens more of its services, please reach out to them at 800 829 1040.
