I sold a property & carried back the mort to receive P&I monies. Is there a place to deduct the monthly fees I pay by the escrow co? Have all investment expenses ended?

No, there is no deduction for these fees. The Miscellaneous Itemized Deductions have been suspended due to Tax Reform for the tax years 2018 through 2025.
