I spent $5,738 out of my HSA account for health reasons 2019? Is that a tax write-off?

No, it is not a write-off since your H.S.A. money is pre-tax. You received a tax benefit when you took the H.S.A. contributions so you can't deduct your medical expenses. That would be double dipping.
