I used my personal cell phone to contact parents and home internet to write up worksheets and activities. What percentage of the payments can I write off for them?

my monthly internet fee was 400 and my cell phone plan was $79. It is just Aug 1- December .

We have no context for your question.   Are you a teacher?   Are you asking about expenses for teaching from home?  

 

Sorry---W-2 employees cannot deduct expenses for working from home.  Job-related expenses were eliminated as a deduction for W-2 employees by the tax laws that changed for 2018 and beyond.  Your state tax laws might be different.
