Solved

I was initially going to report child care expenses, but it won't change my refund. Now it won't clear off the for 2441 that's asking for the EIN-1 number

Even after erasing that page it will not allow me to file my federal return it says there are some things we still need to wrap up. And every time it is asking for provider information and will not stop or allow me to clear and start over.

If after completing the above steps the problem still continues, log out of your account, clear your cookies and cache, restart your browser and try again.

I cleared my cookies and cache and restarted my computer, and the Form 2441 isn not listed in the forms that are able to be erased anymore, but it's still asking me for additional info on Form 2441
