I was involved in a iTunes scam can I deduct the money I lossed in this?

No, a theft loss is not deductible for the tax year 2019.

 

The Tax Cuts and Jobs act forbids deductions for casualty and theft losses with the tax year 2018 and through the tax year 2025, unless they're brought about due to an event that's been declared a disaster by the U.S. president.
