I was not asked for any California state tax deductions like property taxes, vehicle registrations...
There is no option in my Turbotax state tax filing to enter property taxes, vehicle registration... where do I find that
You enter all deductions on the federal side and they will flow to the state. If you are taking the federal Standard Deduction you should still enter your deductions there in case you can use them on the state return.
Enter Property Taxes Paid under
Federal Taxes (Personal in the Home & Business version)
Deductions and Credits
Your Home
Property Taxes - Click the Start or Update Button
