I worked part time last year with minimum income and am 24-year-old with no kids or dependent. Do I qualify for EIC

Yes.   For 2021 you can now qualify for the EIC without a qualifying child if you are at least 19 (no max age) and your earned income and AGI are both less than the lowest amounts on the table which for 2021 $21,430 (27,380 married filing jointly).

Check 1040 line 27a for the EIC.
