Is there a cap for how much you earn to qualify for it? 2.what about high income individuals?Is there a different amount they can contribute or is it a uniform maximum of 5000 for a married couple whe

The max a married couple can put in is $5000 between all jobs ...   however if either of you  are a highly compensated employee there may be a lower cap imposed on you ... ask your employer for this information.
