If i am paying a loan on my car do i own it or do i say the vehicle is not mine?

Are you a Turbo tax agent? Or how do you know that this is the right answer?

@amendieta704 This is a VERY old thread.   What are you trying to enter about a car?  And is the car your personal use vehicle or are you self-employed and are you using the car in your business in some way?

You should say you own it... if you say you do not own it, it appears as if you drive but someone else is the owner of the vehicle.... Owning it does not mean you do not have payments, it means you have ownership while paying off the vehicle.
