Question

If I am selling a house in Florida that I have owned for several years that has been resided in only by my disabled daughter, am I still eligible for the tax exclusion?

MY disabled daughter has resided in the house for the entire period of my ownership.

No, it must have been your personal main residence.   While you won’t have depreciation issues of it was just a second family home and not rented, you will still owe capital gains tax.
