If you don't have any debts that can lead to an offset, you should receive your full refund.  You can check the IRS website Where's My Refund, it would have information about your Federal refund.

If you have a State refund, click on the following link, then click on your State

if there is an offset in effect, you will get a notification in the mail explaining it.
