If i don’t own a home how do I answer “

Did you pay more than half the cost to keep up your home in 2019?

"Your home" can also refer to a dwelling you rent. You don't have to own the home.

As a renter, you still pay rent, utilities, etc. which are costs of 'keeping up a home'.

If you paid more than half of these costs, you could qualify as Head of Household.
