IF i have already filed and the child credit increases how will I be able to claim that

The Child tax credit has not increased. It is still of $2,000 per child under age 17.

There are talks about increasing it but this has not been enacted into law yet.

If and when this changes, there will be directives and guidelines from the IRS and TurboTax will always support their customers.
