If I have left over money in my FSA daycare plan that wasn't used, can I deduct that in my taxes?

No.  It was never taxed in the first place, so any amounts that are forfeit simply disappear.  You can't subtract something off your taxable income that was never included in taxable income in the first place.  Just report in Turbotax that the amount was forfeited as part of the dependent care interview.
