If I teleworked for the entire year, what kinds of tax breaks can I take advantage of?

There are no special tax breaks for teleworking.   If you are a W-2 employee you cannot deduct job-related expenses on your federal return, per the tax laws that changed for 2018 and beyond.  Your state laws may be different.
