If I work somewhere 4 times a month can I deduct the mileage?

I clean a house but only go there 4 times a month.. can I deduct the mileage?

It depends. 

If they are considered business miles then yes you can deduct them on your return. Generally to be considered business miles and not commuting miles you need to leave from your office location and drive to the location you are preforming the work for, and then you are done, you drive back to you office. Your commute to and from your office is considered commuting.

If you do not have an office you commute to and from, then the miles drive to the location to clean would be considered commuting miles and not business miles.
