Solved

If my employer put my moving reimbursement in box 14 on my W-2, is that still considered "included on your Form W-2"?

No.  Box 14 is not taxable and is only for information purposes.  You need to know whether the moving support was included as part of your box 1 taxable wages or not.

If box 14 represents tax-free moving assistance, that is still a number you need to know, because you can still deduct moving expenses that were more than the tax-free assistance.  Turbotax will ask about this.
