Question

If you have more than one property and pay taxes but never file can you do so now or separately.

Yes, you can file prior year returns.  Online preparation and e-filing for 2018 and prior year returns is permanently closed.  If you need to prepare a return for 2018 or previous years, you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign,  and mail the return(s)  Prior Year TurboTax Products

 

You would have to file each return separately.
