Im getting charged for HSA when trying to file, I have never opened an HSA even though i have DD and W on my w-2, WHAT do i even do to get this fixed?

there is an amount in both, in my insurance, for the past 2 years, it says i have contributed 0$s to it, which is true, i have never had an HSA, how do I fix this?

A nonzero amount shown with code W in box 12 of your W-2 says that you do have an HSA. Check with your employer. Perhaps they need to correct the W-2.
