Indiana School scholarship credit

Trying to enter School Scholarship contributions for Indiana and the form that comes up will not let me enter more than 7 contributions even though form shows a few more. How do I get ability to enter more contributions? The Indiana Schedule IN-OCC shows inputting up to 16, but turbotax premier only allowing to enter 7.

Is it possible that some of the donations are to the same institution (i.e., has the same FEIN)? If so, you can enter more than one certificate number in the Certification Number field and aggregate the total of contributions in the dollar field. This will print on the form as multiple certificate numbers on the same line.
