My insurance company placed me in a home rental during claim renovations. Are there any tax write offs that I can claim that insurance hasn’t reimbursed me for. For example utilities

All allowed expenses are claimed on the casualty loss form with insurance reimbursements reducing the amount. You have to pay utilities no matter where you live. You may be paying double utilities with the renovation but that isn't a personal loss you sustained tax wise.
