    No.

     

    An HSA is an account set up to make tax-free payments for qualified medical expenses. It is somewhat like a funny IRA in that each taxpayer can have one, and it persists from year to year.

     

    Paid Family Leave is generally income that you receive for having had a child or other qualifying condition.
