The issue is still going on. It has only been an issue with turbo tax because anyone else who files with h&r or any other tax service did not have this issue what so ever. I'll be filing somewhere else next year.

i'm going to go get my state return filed with my tax guy.  i thought they said the issue would be resolved today.  this is ridiculous

The same thing is happening to me.  Federal filed a few days ago, but state (MI) couldn't be filed until 02/06/2020 due to a Heating Credit 1040-CR7 that I don't qualify for, nor do I want the $82 dollars it says I qualify for.  I can't wait 6 weeks for my State refund by being forced to filing by mail, because of this stupid credit I don't even want.  I've been filing electronically for 13 years in Michigan with my Tax guy, and the first year i try and do it myself...the state is going to make me wait 6 weeks for my refund.  I will say that when I called the Turbo Tax hotline, Joe the tax specialist was as helpful as he could be, and neither one of us could figure out a solution for me to E-file.

Now they're saying issue might be resolve on February 14th...unacceptable Turbo Tax.   First time and last time I'll fall for this scam.  Ill keep it with the professionals as I've done for 13 years.  Very upset!

If you are speaking about Form MI-1040CR-7, Home Heating Credit Claim or Form MI 4976, Home Heating Credit Claim.  They are available.  Click here to see Michigan

I was having the problem. I logged in today and it seems as thought it has been resolved! I was able to transmit my return without a problem.

Somehow I got into this section of the Michigan taxes and can't get out.   I did not find a way to continue.

Computer will not let me go on.   I am NOT filing for a credit.   Any help will be appreciated.  Thank You

Try this and see if this clears the issue for you.  Please log completely out of TurboTax.  Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies.  After this, close completely out of the browser.  Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax.  Also, you can try completing your return in a different browser as well.
