Is sale of second home in non-taxable state taxable in home state of Pennsylvania?

If you are a resident of PA all income is taxable regardless of where earned.  It also may be taxable in the state where the second home is located.  If pay state income taxes to that distant state, you would obtain a tax credit on your PA return for taxes paid to some other state.  With so little info, can't really give much guidance.
