    Yes, if your property is in the SECC district, the Southeast Community College (SECC) tax generally refers to the Nebraska Community College tax on your real estate taxes paid. If you live in the SECC district, the tax you pay goes to Southeast Community College. It's one of six community colleges in Nebraska. The Nebraska Community College Tax (NCCT) is a broad term for any property tax levies to support community colleges in Nebraska.
