Is their a new child tax credit for 2019 I did file for stimulis but didn’t receive a child tax credit for that year

Yes, there was a Child Tax Credit for 2019. You can find it on line 13a and line 18b. Please see What is the Child Tax Credit? for the requirements.

If you haven't filed your 2019 tax return then You'll need to purchase and download the 2019 TurboTax software as TurboTax Online and the mobile app are only available for the current tax year. Prior year returns must be paper-filed, as e-filing is no longer available.
