Question

Is there a way to claim the child support on my taxes; when I pay child support every week but my kids live with me?

I pay 107.42 every week in child support. My kids and their mother and I all still live together.

No, you cannot deduct child support payments on your tax return. The only tax break you can get is to claim your kids as dependents if you have an agreement with the children's mother.
