It said I didn’t qualify for the child tax credit because I didn’t have any dependents which is a lie because I have 3 kids ages 8 6 and 2

Did you enter the children as your dependents and enter their Social Security numbers?  Did you enter income you earned from working?   What income did you enter?   The child tax credit (and the amount of the additional child tax credit) is based on having income from working.
