Question

It says the child care credit is incomplete but i already got the credit and the amount so do i just press delete to continue

Do you have more than one entry for the child care credit?  It may be that one is generating the credit and perhaps one that carried forward from last year, or that you abandoned after starting it is not used this year.  You should then delete the one that is not being used.  Do not delete the one that is generating the credit.
