THIS IS SCREWED UP, IT SAYS PLEase enter a date that was on or bedfore the date you started using this vehicle, I put in the date that I purchased the vehicle, 18 months prior to this tax year of 2019

It depends.

For example, if you are entering the vehicle for a business, is the acquisition date of the vehicle before the start date of the business, you will get an error.

If this is the case, enter the start date of the vehicle on the first date is was used for the business.
