Ive had a home office since 2018. August 2022 I leased an office building. Can I claim both home office and rent payment deductions for my business?

It depends.

If after August 2022, your home office is:

Used regularly and exclusively for your business, and
Is your principal place of business (both conditions must apply),

then you can continue to claim your home office deduction, in addition to the rent of your office building.
