Land improvements to a home office

I replaced my 100ft dilapidated and broken concrete driveway with brand new pavers. I have a home office that I use everyday for work. I have a 952 sq ft home and 100 sq ft is my home office. The driveway was installed 2/10/23 and I first used it for personal use on 2/15/2023. Since I use it for both business and personal use, can I depreciate this and how do you do in turbo tax? All the scenarios talk about land improvements and rentals. I have a home office and it's really confusing to navigate turbo tax to properly depreciate this home/land improvement. Help.

Yes, you can depreciate it. You will enter it as an asset under the Home Office step-by-step flow. When you get to the screen that says Describe This Asset, select Intangibles, Other property.  Then Land Improvements, etc.

Your business use of the asset is 100/954.
